Rob Mattice Rob Mattice

I’ve been a radio junkie and a music fan for as long as I can remember. This new station in North Wellington is the culmination of a lot of hard work by a lot of people and I’m just glad to be a part of it.  Hosting mornings is a privilege and I hope you’re enjoying it as much I do.  I’ll keep you up to speed on the weather, road conditions, bus and school cancelations as well as community events plus I’ll look at celebrity birthdays and my favourite feature, the Facebook status of the day.  Join me for Mornings on 88.7 The River weekdays from 6am -10am.

John Patrick

I have loved the concept of radio going back to the AM Days. So much excitement and a great way to express yourself or be creative. To make words and sound blend together to a satisfying treat for the ears… Hopefully you enjoy the programming thus far… because it can only get better. And we will do that together. One thing to add… thank you to my family in always believing, never judging and being a great supporter as I am for them.

John HaradaJohn Harada

I’m so jumping for joy to be a part of the 88.7 The River on air team where I get to play the world’s best music and share my Harada Data every weekday between 2-7pm !

A quick summary of my background…born in Toronto and raised in Mississauga where my radio career started when I ran my high school radio station, Raider Radio at Erindale Secondary School. Since then, I’ve worked on air in radio in Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax, Kitchener-Waterloo and Sarnia and have also hosted/co-produced three TV shows, including, “John Harada and Friends” and “Harada.”

I also do freelance voice-over and on-camera video work and have been the voice of the Bank of Montreal since 1995. Other accounts include Chrysler Canada, Discount Car and Truck Rental, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express, Covenant House, Toronto, Tim Hortons and Wendy’s, to name a few.

Some of the websites I’ve been featured on include www.idomartialarts.com, the largest online martial arts home training site in the world, www.obbwc.com (martial arts movie/documentary) and author Alandra CL’s site www.alandracl.com.

I’m also a black belt in Kenpo Karate; have also studied and trained in Wing Chun and was a children’s class instructor and demo team leader for more than 5 years.
I’ve also coached both boys’ and girls’ hockey teams in Ontario and Nova Scotia…and am still playing men’s competitive hockey.

Howevuh… despite my busy schedule, I’m never too busy to having my own time and space and doing my thing … and invite you to be a part of it every day on 88.7 The River !

Brian Campbell Brian Campbell

Brian enjoys Rollin’ on the River each weekend. He has spent the past decade honing his theatre skills in many festival productions, as well as with the Grey Wellington Theatre Guild. An accomplished drummer who played for many bands through the ’80s, he keeps his hand in the entertainment industry as an in-demand deejay. Brian is an avid reader, a master of pinball, and a self-proclaimed trivia god. (He also wrote this in the third-person so people might think he’s important enough to have a bio written about him!!)
