Police have now charged a third person in connection with the 2019 kidnapping and homicide of Jason Brown.
On March 12, 2019, the body of the 43-year-old from Kitchener, was found in the Oshawa area of Durham Region.
A 30-year-old from Wellington North has now been charged with First Degree Murder, among other charges, and is currently in custody, scheduled to appear at court in Guelph on September 21.
