Around 11:30 Saturday morning February 18th, Wellington County OPP was patrolling Metcalfe Street in Elora and saw a vehicle they believed may have had stolen plates.Officers stopped the vehicle, and a 28-year-old from Elmira faces multiple charges, including: Operation while Impaired; Failure or Refusal to Comply; Operation while Prohibited; Possession Under $5,000; and driving without Insurance.The accused is scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on April 14.
