Assault charges have been laid after an incident at a construction site in Fergus early last month.Wellington County OPP responded to an assault at a construction site on Rae Drive in Fergus. Two people were involved in a disturbance, with one sustaining minor injuries.As a result of the investigation, a 44-year-old from Brampton has been charged with Assault with a Weapon. The accused is scheduled to appear in a Guelph court on March 8.
