The Mount Forest District Chamber of Commerce host their annual general meeting and awards of excellence this Thursday at the Mount Forest Legion. This year, the event is reopening to the public.
The event takes place from 7 to 9 p.m., and will feature the Chamber year in review, a chance to network with local professionals, appetizers, and the award presentations.
Awards include the Citizen of the Year, sponsored by 88.7 The River; the Young Citizen of the Year, the Arny Feairs Business Customer Service award, and the Corporate Citizen of the Year, won last year by The River.
