The OPP has just released details about thefts at the Palmerston and Arthur LCBO stores, which occured back in April.
At the start of April, police responded to a theft from the LCBO in Palmerston. Three suspects had stolen approximately $1,000 worth of alcohol.
Then, about a week later, a group of suspects pulled off a brazen theft at the LCBO in Arthur.
Four suspects were attempting to steal approximately $2500 in product from the retailer. Officers responded while the group was still in the store, and stopped the theft.
Two of the suspects were recognized as being involved with the theft in Palmerston.
A 19-year-old, a 22-year-old, and a 23-year-old, all from Brampton, were charged with theft under $5,000, with various court dates scheduled in Guelph.
A 22-year-old from Brampton was also charged with resisting police, along with two counts of theft under $5,000, and possession of heroin, and held for bail.
