Permissions: You swear that you took the photo (or have permission to use it) and that everyone in the photo has agreed to be shown.

Editorial Control: We aren’t obligated to post everything. We reserve the right to reject or trim any submission for length, taste, or accuracy.

Liability: You agree to "hold us harmless." If you submit an image you don't own and we get sued, you are responsible for the legal costs.
