A 67-year-old man from Fergus died at work Saturday, after being hit by a customer in their vehicle.
On Saturday afternoon, emergency services responded to an injury at a business on Wellington Road 18 in Elora. A customer caused serious injuries to an employee when they struck them with their vehicle.
An OPP press release did not indicate if the contact was accidental.
Emergency services responded, and a 67-year-old man from Fergus was pronounced deceased at scene.
The Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ministry of Labour were notified. The investigation is ongoing.
