The Mount Forest District Chamber of Commerce won a Festivals and Events Ontario Top 100 Festivals Award this week, for the 2023 Mount Forest Fireworks Festival.
The annual FEO gala was held Wednesday evening in Niagara Falls. A contingent from the Chamber and Festival Committee were on hand for the presentation.
This is the second consecutive year the Mount Forest Fireworks Festival has been on the FEO Top 100 list.
Mount Forest and District Chamber of Commerce Administrator Stacey Stevenson said, “It’s an honor for the Festival to be recognized again; we couldn’t do it without the support of our amazing business community, and hundreds of volunteers. We’re looking forward to this year’s event already.”
The FEO Top 100 festivals represent Ontario’s best events across the province. The Mount Forest Fireworks Festival is scheduled for the third weekend in July, from July 18 to the 21st.
