Last Wednesday evening, police were patrolling Main Street North in Mount Forest.
Around 11:15 p.m., the occupant of a silver sedan was spotted trafficking a controlled substance.
A 58-year-old from Mount Forest was charged with possession and trafficking of methamphetamine, and is scheduled to appear at court in Guelph on July 23.
Police seized thousands of dollars worth of drugs, equipment and currency.
