One student was stabbed and two others were taken into custody at Grey Highlands Secondary School in Flesherton on March 9th.
Grey-Bruce OPP were called because a student had been stabbed and required medical attention. The student was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two students were taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing, and the incident is considered isolated. School officials took steps to notify parents. The Bluewater District School board later said there was a lockdown initiated at the school as a safety precaution. It began around 10:15 a.m., and was over around 11:30 a.m.
