Police announced yesterday, arrests have been made in relation to the murder of a restaurant owner in Owen Sound last year.
The investigation began when 44-year-old Sharifur Rahman, a restaurant owner in Owen Sound, was assaulted near his business last August.
The victim succumbed to his injuries a week later, and was pronounced deceased. At the time, police released a description and photos of two suspects and a vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, arrests were made on July 30. Due to the ongoing investigation, police say they are unable to comment further at this time. Updates will be provided when they become available.
