The Township of Wellington North is inviting residents to share feedback on municipal services by completing the 2023 Community Satisfaction Survey.The Township of Wellington North is inviting residents to share feedback on municipal services by completing the 2023 Community Satisfaction Survey.Results will establish baseline data to determine strategic priorities for the Township going forward.The responses will help to determine satisfaction with services to identify areas for improvement.It will also guide future planning, research, communication methods, development, policy and budgetary decisions.Interviewers will begin contacting residents by phone today. 100 telephone surveys will be completed based on a random sampling across both cell phones and landlines within the Township. The caller ID for the survey will be displayed as “Township of WN”.The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. A digital version of the survey will open on February 21st, and will be available for any interested residents to complete on the Township’s website. The surveys will end on March 10.
