On Tuesday, the Mount Forest Lions Club continued their tradition of support for Louise Marshall Hospital, with a donation of $17,150.
On hand to accept the donation were Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation President Scott Hartle, and Development Officer Amy Van Huss.
Van Huss said, “The Mount Forest Lions Club has been a long time, and very generous, supporter of Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their contributions.”
The Mount Forest Lions Club provided bar service for the LMH Foundation’s third Annual Gala in June, and with this gift, they have donated the proceeds of the bar back to the Foundation. The donation also includes proceeds from the Lions recent grocery card raffle, as well as a year-end pledge, and will be applied to the foundation’s general equipment fund, to be directed to support Louise Marshall Hospital’s current highest priority equipment needs.
