Police charged a 29-year-old after responding to a release order violation in Palmerston.
Last week, Wellington County OPP responded to a release order violation in Palmerston. It was reported someone may have been violating a release order in relation to charges stemming from an Intimate Partner Violence investigation. As a result, a 29-year-old from Wallaceburg has been charged with failing to comply with an undertaking. The accused was held for bail. ——- ——- A 21-year-old from Mount Forest faces charges after a vehicle was stolen on Henry Street. Police were recently called to a home on Henry Street in Mount Forest after someone stole a vehicle from the home. After investigation, a 21-year-old from Mount Forest faces several charges, including driving without a licence. The accused is scheduled to appear at court in Guelph on June 6. ——- ——- Police are looking for the owner of a digital watch recovered from a break and enter in Elora earlier this month. Earlier this month, police responded to a break and enter at a job site on Wellington Road 7, north of Elora. Tools had been stolen, and a digital watch was recovered at the scene. Investigators continue to examine evidence, and are asking anyone who may have lost, or had a digital watch stolen, to call 1-888-310-1122. ——-
