Police charged a man from Mount Forest yesterday stemming from a collision on Hwy. 6 just over three months ago. On February 6, police responded to a serious collision south of Mount Forest. Two S.U.V.s were involved, and both drivers suffered serious injuries. A 48-year-old female from Mount Forest was taken to hospital, but was pronounced deceased. A man from Mount Forest was airlifted to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. As a result of the investigation, the 46-year-old man from Mount Forest has been charged with Impaired Driving Causing Death, and is scheduled to appear at court in Guelph on June 13.
