As a result of an ongoing investigation, Wellington County OPP have laid sexual assault charges against a 17-year-old from Barrie.The accused was charged with Sexual Assault and Forcible Confinement, and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario court of Justice in Guelph.The case is considered isolated, as the perpetrator was known to the victim.
